We always need adult help with Summer Camp! Complete this application with your information if you are interested in serving as a chaperone for the full week of camp June 4-8, 2026
Chaperones will be confirmed and contacted on or before April 19
Confirmed Chaperones will be required to attend a chaperone training

What if the HVY Alums combined to create a unique team blended with old camp team colors?
We believe having former students who still love HVY at camp would be AMAZING! In 2025 we created a NEW team at summer camp called “Tie-Dye" and it was a huge success and it's back for 2026!
Applications are available to any HVY Alums and is a role where you help act as camp staff! That way, you're not having to chaperone your friends and this way you won’t have to wait a full year before coming back and helping
TIE-DYE TEAM is all about service and helping make Summer Camp amazing for the 6th-12th grade HVY students! PLUS, you will have your own family time at night with Jim and Allison!
Commitment: Attend a training/pack day in advance, along with attending the entire week of camp
Expectations: To help make camp GREAT! You will NOT be on a color team, but a tie-dye team. This includes Family time each night with Jim & Allison!

Responsibilities: Include but are not limited to...
- Set up afternoon games
- Set up s'mores
- Set up CTF, Ultimate, etc.
- Set up Tech
- Referee Team games
- AND MORE!
